Question: Special GLOBE/SMART SIM that can receive international call or text?

hi im finally leaving Phili on the 19th of February 2009
and i would like to ask on what to do para maka contact pa ghapon ko sa akong friends here in pinas..
i mean ill be getting/buying a new phone this sunday..

naa bay special sim sa gGLOBE/SUN/SMART na ma use nako on both CHINA and THAILAND for my friends to contact me and me to them..
kay ill be based there naman.. mao ra jud na akong problem.. kanang maka save sad ko..
i dont really go for Roaming Hotline kay out of budget man..

pls help.. dont know wat to do..
advises will be appreciated!

try to ask lang sis sa store ang SIM okay ra na pa activate lang ang roaming, for the fone ask kung unsa na band available

dili ko magpa roaming.. dugay pa ang process, gasto pa.. plus ill be leaving on the 19th.. dili na madala.. kay after how many working days pamang ang process ana..

try smart roaming (pre-activated) for receiving text messages(maka mura sila, kay 1php lang per text)..
for texting/calling to phils, just used their local network.

para nako adto nalang palit ug simcard sa thailand or china. kay kung magdala ka ug roaming either from smart or globe, ang problema ana kung mahurot ang imo load, asa man ka palit? naa kahay baligya didto nga load para sa imong roaming? hope this help..
