ingon ana na jud sila ka greedy bro. WB will not make statements if they do not have hard evidence. According to prof. Winnie Monsod [UP], FG's name and congressmens' name were mentioned in the report.

The Phils is not the first country investigated by WB on project anomaly, and kuyaw nga part, all the countries investigated cooperated, diri sa ato, it was different kay nanga suko ang mga tonggressmen nuon, paet....

If this would have happened in Japan, people concerned would have commit hara kiri to save face. Unfortunately, we are in Pinas, politicians here lie, cheat and steal without batting an eyelash.
