I have a psychiatrist that I can recommend. His name is Doctor Cañete. He is a resident Psychiatrist at CDU Hospital and also at Vicente Sotto Psych Ward. His office is located at CDU CAMS dept sa Osmeña Blvd. beside Veteran's Bank. Just ask the guard how to get to his office. It's better that you go there rather than call him over the phone for better assessment of the matter. And bring the patient with you because he will be assessing the patient. He's a great doctor. I can assure you that.
