most postings sa miss cebu 2009 nga thread sa istorya under the parties and events board daghan man nag expect to have a head to head competition between kris and kim....i meant mostly daghan kau ni post nga kris ug kim ilang bet nga when i watched the pre pageant shown sa skycable sila rasad duha akong gi atngan...ehhehhehheh....mao cguro grbe jd kasakit nila about ani na issue...just my opinion...

wow. sa kadaghan ug problema nga giatubang sa tanang tao karon, tagaan pa gyud ni ug importansya ang mga ingon ani nga isyu? mas maayo pa nga kamo, mga organizers, mga contestants, ug mga sponsors kay mga kwartahan man gyud mo, magkahiusa mo ug magpakaon sa mga street children or tabang tarong ug mga eskwelahan. kanang sincere nga tabang ha, dili nang pashow lang or molihok ug motabang lang tungod kay naay camera ug media.

many of us think that how the Burdens are reacting are over the top na. but honestly, joining pageants ain't easy. NOT EASY AT ALL. it's time consuming, tiring and costly. daghan pa jud ang ma angin. imo families, imo friends and those who'd support you. di jud lalim. you have to deprive yourself of your usual indulgences to keep your weight in check or make sure you look pretty for a shoot or for the pageant itself... and you also make sure you don't injure yourself otherwise peklat dayon imo problemahan. di ka ka basta basta ug kaon, di ka ka laag the way you're used to... not to mention being behind with your studies / work... pwerting daghana ang imong e sacrifice.

and think that this is Miss Cebu. it takes months of preparation. di ra tawn ni basta basta na pageant.

so, after doing your darnest best, and you don't get what is due to you, you'd feel CHEATED and BETRAYED. this was the Texters' Choice Award that she was supposed to get. this is like the publics' choice...

i have nothing against the winner, Kris is beautiful jud in person and on the ads. she's very talented and quite intelligent too... pero diba, if someone makes a mistake as big as this, dapat naa jud manubag.

nakabasa man ko sa newspaper,i think the day after the pageant toh,the organizers issued a public apology and honest mistake daw.. i read pud in another article na nagpapresscon pud ang organizers for her after the pageant but ala daw sila nitunga or nagpahibaw man lang na dili sila kaadto.. so makes me wonder,unsa man jud ilang gusto,ipatelevise balik then sa iya na ihatag ang award with all the bonggang2x effects? i get the we-just-want-justice part pero murag sa kadaghan problema ba,nagpuno2x pajud sila na unta pwede raman ni husayon privately and not make a big fuzz sa media like its the end of the world na wala nahatag sa iya ang award.. sa part sad sa organizers,if they did make bawi the award from kris and gave it to kim sa stage during the pageant, wouldnt you think mas dako toh na gubot? but then again,we never know, but IMO,much better kung ila lang jud ni gihusay ug tarong kay nalain na nuon tan-aw sa mga taw niya, mura na nuon siya ug bitter when unta,justice raman unta iyang gipangau kaha.. and make diamonds out of uling nalang unta siya sa iya situation,like ms earth karla ba na wa ka place ba sa bb pilipinas and kadto hinuon wa nakadimao ug tubag sa ques and ans nakaplace,niapil nalng siya sa lain pageant and triumphed..

it was just an honest mistake no big deal. why make it big?

guys, kakita mo sa ilang gi ingon na public apology? or have you heard it? they never really admitted that they made the mistake. instead, they tried to justify what happened. basta. if ako pod ang Burdens nga naminaw, di gihapon ko ma contented sa ilang gi storya.

and besides, why wait the next day? when during the pageant itself, dako kaayo ang time and chance nga ma insert ang ilang apology unta.

yer right. organizers are not fair enough to stand and make corrections..
and thanks to this issue, it give rise to other issue (that miss cebu winner was screened last nov 18 when in fact final screening was on nov9. it must be a special screening).
