Inspiring series
ABS-CBN’s inspiring series “May Bukas Pa” (weeknights on ABS-CBN), top-billed by new child sensation Zaijian Jaranilla, is a story of little boy Santino and how he makes a strong impact in the lives of the people in their small town because of his strong faith. Zaijian’s big innocent eyes makes him perfect for the role of a “miracle boy.” Bravo for the magnifico hijo!

Curtain-raisers:
• Bon voyage to ABS-CBN lady boss Charo Santos-Concio who is leaving for Hollywood anytime now to attend the Oscar Awards Night on Feb. 23 (a Monday, Manila Time). Charo got the invitation as early as November last year. ABS-CBN will cover the event “live” and Velvet Channel will air the Red Carpet and the Governor’s Ball. Charo is traveling with Monchet Olives, head of the network’s cable channels and publishing. Will Charo walk on the Red Carpet? Keep your eyes open.
