depende...
if looks.... coilover (since you can adjust the height)..... lowering springs (fixed ang drop)
if performance...if ur into racing (drag or autocross)...... coilover (very responsive)....... lowering springs (better than stock)
if comfort.......lowering springs (although stiffer than stock but better than coilover)....coilover (harsh ride, no comfort at all even the softest settings)
