sa ako na kibawan kay mag crutches every day wen u wake up.... nya oatmeal.. fat free food for 1 week,, better kung mag vegies lang imu sud.an nya isda nga dli pritohon.... effective results in 1 week...
jogging og crunches.. do it 1 hr per day for a month...
