drinking lots of water is good. just make sure you piss a lot too, to rid yourself of the excess h20..
unless that is your suffering from polydipsia.. then better just jump into a tub and drown yourself... hehehe
sis, drinking lotsa water is really good..keeps u hydrated, mka nindot sa skin, etc... and also as expected, cge pud ka urinate..hehe
regarding your diet, it's not good to eat only sud-an..dapat balanced tanan..naa pd unta carbohydrates kay mao man na mu give ug energy nimo... balance2x lang gud ang kaon..
as far as i know yes.. but bro-in-law said he read something about water toxicity meaning you cant also take too much.
we lose water thru sweat and breath...so drink more water than u lose. have a glass first thing in the morning, before going to bed and plenty in between (but be careful as there is such thing as water intoxication from drinking too much and it can be fatal). also have one glass 30 minutes before meals but not with a meal coz it will slow down digestion. anyways, if ur urine is pale to clear ur drinking enough.

drinking water will just make you go to the restroom as often... mao ra... as for wanting to slim down, lessen food intake, mao rajud na. if you don't eat rice, thats no problem, a lot of caucasians don't eat rice. just replace it with other carbohydrates like bread, your body needs it man sad.
