if you guys want really premium kois, like show types and not just pond kois, you can drop by Kois and Ponds or Koi Hob in White Plains, QC. However, the price range is very much different. For example, a 5-inch shiro can be bought for 6K. Tosai Sakai kohakus are priced at 4K. Really nice sankes and showas, those 10 inches long, can be bought for 15 up. Just an FYI.

Here's the Showa that recently won in the 2009 All Japan Koi Show. Isn't he beautiful? He probably costs around a million pesos.

i currently have 1 sanke, 1 showa, 2 platinums, 2 shiros and four kohakus. these are straight from Japan and were bought from Mike Hernandez, the only filipino judge in the All Japan Koi Show.

Thank you! I am very proud of these kids. The kohakus are from Sakai, the Shiros from Omasako, and the Sanke is from Matsunosuke. I currently have 9 premium kois. They've drained my coffers but are very fulfilling and de-stressing.

Guys need some advise I already had a old fishpond and the problem is that The water level goes down. So i decided to add elastomoric paint and some other water proofing materials. but still the water level goes down. I plan to fiber glass it or add a liner. what is the best recommendation ?

bai is your pond situated near a big tree? coz if thats the case the roots of the tree will destroy your pond overtime. What type of water proofing materials did you apply? I suggest powermix by vostek a very good
water proofing for fishponds

I preselected them and grow them in mudponds

How is pond? narepair na bai? if not, I suggest you do your pond all over again.
Sapawan or finishingan usab og semento tanan with sahara. Than apply waterproofing
like thoroseal or Powermix by vostec.
