..i just knew now that a friend of mine has long been gone..i somehow couldn't believe..christian was a classmate back in tc..he was a good friend..i still could recall hanging out with him being groupmates in our timber design back then..well, i knew he was a fratman back then, well we were..but it never crossed my mind that he would be involved in such heinous doing..he was a good man with a kind heart..i send my prayers out to christian..pray the good Lord will bring justice to his soul..and hope the people who did this to my friend will pay..pay with life..

Would appreciate it if someone out there can give us an update on what happened to the suspects. Were they arrested? Were charges filed ? Were they identified at all?

You know, let me say something about the Bystander Apathy.... for some reason that was an unfortunate night where the MANY onlookers had diffusion of responsibility.... it would have taken just ONE, just ONE bystander to start retaliating against the perpetrators and the next thing would have been the whole crowd of spectators HELPING Mr. Penalosa, the gang subdued, and maybe Mr. Penalosa surviving....

Again, many witnesses during the scene, but because of bystander apathy and the dripping black of the night of the incident anyone who will be summoned may have difficulty ID'-ing other suspects but then again you never know yet...
