    Default Okey raba ang magsige'g drink ug water?


    hi guys i nid ur opinion.. ok raba ang magcge ug drink ug water? feel nakO nisamOt ug daKO akOng tiyan.. sahay raman unta ko mOdrink ug bugnaw.. okey basad mO eat rag sud an nya walay rice? d bana makatambok? give me advice para modaot.. d man ko ka exercise au becoz im wORKing.. sahay rajud.. im planning na maggym.. k raka ha nah?..

    okay raman tingali cge inum ug tubig. wala man sad ko kadungug nga naay nadaut tungud cge inum ug tubig...daghan nag-ingun nga ang bugnaw tubig makadaku sa tiyan but i dont believe it coz diliman tingali mo increase ang calorie content tungod kay bugnaw siya....okay raman mo kaon puro sud-an basta make sure lang na dili sad kana mga oily foods... then pwede sad ka eat ug potatoes instead of rice.... gym is okay but dapat naa kay perseverance and discipline ka mo work out and moadto sa gym....lisud jud magpadaut ui esp sa tiyan na part.

    dili man makatabok cguro ang tubig mam...."ingon nila inom ka bugnaw tubig after kaon kay makatabok"...saon!!! apply lang exercise mam...ayaw huna-hunaa nga tungod sa tubig ni tambok ka...

    im just curious lang coz they keep on telling na if mO inOm ug bugnaw makadako sa tiyan.. nya lisOd baya pag undang if naanad nakag drink ug bugnaw.. prO karun d na bugnaw akong imnOn.. well thanks sa advice.. i will try this One..

    it's very healthy to drink tons of water mam basta wala lang ka heart or kidney problem.. the more the better.


    pero on the off chance mudrink ka'g isa ka trak tubig, hazardous nna. naa'y namatay na ana.

    nya avoid sad drinking too much water before sleeping ky mu-contribute ug eye-bags.

    i read an article years ago that drinking over 1.5 liters of water per hour will also flush away your nutrients. excluded siguro ani kung ga exercise ka, hehehe!

    maau man mo drink ka ug water. Atlest 8-10 glasses a day pa gani. The more the better. Tinuod na flush away ang toxins sa bodies. Basin ni dako lang imong tiyan bec na bloated naka. Kelangan pud e-sweat off nimo ang imong gi inom. Doesnt matter kung cold or warm sya. Ok ra sad na mo eat walay rice kay carbos mana and meat is protein man sd.. hope that helps!

    if you're not going to eat rice, use a carb substitute para complete ang go, grow, glow...hehehe!

    ok ra na mo drink ug water pero gradually lang ay lang sad nang on setting nga usa na ka gallon.ok ra man mokaon ug rice one cup lang cguro eat plenty of fiber(fruits,vegetables,whole wheat bread),maka wash out baya nag toxins ang water....then sa imo exercise naa gyud kay TIME kung desidido ka magexercise you can walk your way to work if you want.huwata lang moadjust imo lawas sa exercise.Hope this helps
