1. The Durex Condom Tester promo is open to all married Filipinos living in the Philippines, 21-35 yrs old. Employees of SSL Internaltional / Getz Bros. Phils. Inc., its advertising, media, PR agencies, trade partners and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

2. A total of 500 Condom testers will be chosen by SSL Internaltional / Getz Bros. Phils. Inc.. Applicants who wish to be an official Durex Condom Tester will have to go to Home and click on the portion that will lead them to durexcondomtester.com.ph and fill out a screener form.

3. Screener forms will be reviewed by SSL Internaltional / Getz Bros. Phils. Inc. online. Chosen applicants will be informed via email, and landline telephone and will be given a special username and password to be able to answer a feedback form.

4. Chosen applicants will also be given a tester kit which contains a pack of each of the following Durex variants - Love, Pleasuremax, Performa, Fetherlite, Tingle, Strawberry . Tester Kits will be mailed to the chosen applicants via courier.

5. Testers will be given 4 weeks to try out the products and comment on the product’s quality, after which, SSL Internaltional / Getz Bros. Phils. Inc. will remind them via email or landline to accomplish the online feedback form at durexcondomtester.com.ph by May 10, 2009. They should enter their given passcodes to access the online feedback form.

6. The first twenty-five (25) testers to accomplish the form will be given additional free products from Durex (which will include condoms, lubricants, and the V-ring)

7. One (1) tester to be able accomplish the form and give the best answer to the question "What makes me the best Durex Condom Tester?" will win PhP 50,000 cash, together with free products from Durex.

8. Taxes of cash prizes will be shouldered by the winners.

9. Recruitment and application period will run from January 25 up to February 25,2009. Testing period for the chosen applicants will run from March 30 up to April 24, 2009. Deadline for submission of accomplished online feedback form will be on May 10,2009.

10. Chosen testers and grand prize winner of PhP 50,000 should submit a certified true copy of his/her marriage certificate upon claiming his/her prize, along with two (2) valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License, Passport, TIN Card, Firearms license, PRC, NBI Clearance, Company ID, IBP ID, School ID).

11. Failure to claim the grand prize within 60 days from the date of the publication, announcement, or notification of the winner, whichever comes last, shall result in forfeiture of the prize with prior approval from DOH BFAD.

12. SSL Internaltional / Getz Bros. Phils. Inc. also reserves the right to forfeit the prizes in the event that a winner provides false personal information to enter the contest.
