not that good based on my experienced naa times imo pa e fix or mag upgrade sa software nya.

unlike its competitor like VONAGE naa lang monthly pero just plug it in the router and you don't need a pc running to make a call.

I've been a very happy user of magicjack for a year now. If you have relatives, friends, etc in the US or Canada, this is the unit to get. Far cheaper than vonage. As for software having to be upgraded, it is no problem at all - it does it automatically for you when you turn on your computer.
My unit is on 24/7 and when i go out of town i bring it with me and i can make calls from any pc/laptop anytime, it installs the software when you plug it into the usb jack. Very handy aswell, unlike vonage which is more or less the same size as an average router.
