Nibasa ko sugod sa Twilight series last June and I instantly became a fan pero nawala ra pud dayun tungod sa hype. Overrated na man gud kaayu. And naka realize ko nga most parts of the story are ridiculous. Mao nga wala ko nitan-aw sa movie sa sinehan. Hehehe. Pero kita ko sa pirated. Nya nakaingon ko nga maayu gyud nga wa ko nitan-aw sa sinehan kay basin kasab-an ko sa akong kasaba kay gasige ra gyud kog katawa throughout the movie. Haha.

New Moon? Wala koy plano mutan-aw but let's see. Maybe it'll be as funny or even funnier than Twilight.

^^ the book is meant for young adults, the first time i read twilight, it almost felt like i'm reading sweet valley high and love stories once again. i've been used to mature content for a decade na siguro then when i shifted to reading this, murag ni retro ako taste and its something i need to adjust.

i have to admit, twilight series did brought me back into those days when nakilig jud ko. not only am i married and a mother of one and having a full time job,i was able to juggle a lot of things because of these books. i would sneak in between working hours just to read it. hehehehe.

i did watch the movie, though not as half good as the book, but what do you expect. most often, i murder man jud ang book sa movie, but i'm not saying tanan.

what i hated in the movie:

1. some of the most romantic lines of edward was not delivered/emoted properly by rob pattinson. murag dry ra jud.
2. some of the soundtracks were inappropriately placed in the scenes.
3. they could have at least mentioned Alice's past and involvement that would help explain James' obsession of taking Bella out.
4. they should have stick to the book where jacob went into the dancefloor and danced with Bella. that scene was very nice. "Bella: Seen anything you like? Jacob: Yeah but she's taken" kilig. hehehehe.

and the list goes on, but still, it worth it to watch!

IMO, the movie is bland and so is the book. It is empty and without substance. It is however appealing to teenagers.

I don't like the cast except for Alice and Carlisle. Although the description of James based on the book is extremely different, he was the reason I endured watching the movie. James is smoldering hot on the movie. Anyhoo, I was hoping that Emily Browning would play as Bella Swan and Gaspard Ulliel as Edward Cullen. They could have fleshed the characters well. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are just too monotonous. Hell, Pattinson is not even as elegant and as graceful as vampires being described on the book.

For people who disagree with me, jstfu. I really don't give a rat's ass what you think. I have spoken mine and deal with it.

It's frustrating that I watched the movie first then read the book. Now I keep on seeing the faces of Stewart and Pattison everytime I came across with Bella and Edward. Now, that is scary. I won't mind tho of seeing Gigandet with his long blond hair pulled back into a ponytail instead of having it cropped short. Oh well, enough said.
