Let us remember that this is one of the angles the police investigation is banking on and probably working on it. Na amplify nalang sad ning isyuha because of Mr. MOngaya's article which infuriated some of the people here. But in fairness to all, I would agree with Giddyboy to hold everybody's horses until such time the police investigation is finished. Let Mr. MOngaya fire all his rockets like the Hamas but people here should not act like the Israelites. Unya na. There will time for that. Lisud man gud if the outcome of the police investigation that will come out later jibes with Mr. Mongaya's opinion. Lots here will lose face and it's not good to lose one. Let that theory first be proved otherwise and everyone here can throw all hell to Mr. Mongaya.

sa akong nakita, all of her statements are hollow, wa gyuy sulod. she is trying to appeal to people's emotions nga lagi, gipadako nila si Jonnelle nga tarong, honest, ug God fearing. mao ra gyud na, she is trying to win the people's sympathy. if you want to prove nga innocent si Jonnelle, show proofs and state facts, not by trying to cry-cry. crocodile tears ang gawas ana madugay labi na kung guilty jud si Jonnelle.

I am wondering if the mother had an heart to heart talk with her daughter [the suspect]. everybody is innocent until proven otherwise, so if she is innocent, then let justice takes its course.

There was an interesting information posted by a former co-employee [at PS] of the suspect detailing her quite contrasting personality. I hope her mother can comment on that statement.

I beg to differ. It's in your mind only that Mr. Mongaya's presentation is too general.

Just look at his opening statement:

"THE gruesome deaths of call center agent Lynn Vi Ebarita and Emily Nuñeza draw our attention to the social impact and dangers of modern-day technology"

what does that mean? does it generalize the callcenter industry? it only says social impact and dangers of modern day technology? call centers ra diay ang naa anang tachnology?

    another one:

"Police investigators and reporters had been talking, off the record, about what they learned regarding the liberal sexual lifestyle of call center agents in the course of the Ebarita investigation."

Mongaya only cited an OFF-THE RECORD talk from investigators about liberal sexual lifestyle of call center agents. Of course not all, but there are instances that there are. That's common knowledge to everybody.

Then basing from that observation from investigators, Mongaya surmised the cause with "maybe".

op kors, group *** happens everywhere and not only confined to call centers. op kors, ma magnify gyud na ky this is the first time here in Cebu a murder took place involving a possible GROUP *** and coming from call center agents. AND THAT KIND OF NEWS IS CATCHING LOTS OF ATTENTION. Nothing u can do about it.

As belonging to a callcenter industry, you just have to deal with it. Defense mechanisms won't do any good.

No, I don't think one-sided ra. Mongaya even has the same thought as you have. kindly read:

"Decades back, young people had to contend themselves with being pen pals, phone pals and what we called then as “open line.”

With the coming of today’s new technology, thousands of young people now converge in online forums, many sexually-related, and interact with others worldwide for several years now."

What's wrong w/ those statements? This worry or fear is shared by all parents around the world...yes u r ryt, epekto gyud sa kadanghag ug kompyansa. But it's not only that. it is actually a combination of factors:

    access to new technology
    kadanghag
    kompyansa
    age & gender
    culture
    environment
    and others

lose face? someone who resorts to generalizations ought to feel that way. mao bitaw mangayo tag survey results para based on facts atong mga claims. if tinuod na siya based on studies then fine. pero kung wala gani basihan, or pipila lang ka kaso gibasihan, di na siya angay.

bro, nganong mag mention man ka og "defense mechanism" nga di man ni reaction kay taga call center mi. di ko taga call center, naka trabaho ra ko didto og balig 2 ka buwan. this is a reaction to the way the journalist wrote it. murag dinalian pagkasulat.

the more people will say call center agents engage in group ***, the more gyud ko mo ingon nga journalists are adulterous. nonsense for nonsense.
