i would advice na pag huwat nalang... it's not easy to apply for a job these days. dire nalang convergys.

If youre with sprint account for the CSR position:

Do well sa entrance exam. Listening, Typing and Judgemental IQ.
prepare 9 referrals. You need not to add referrals sa imo resume. Naa silay ipasulat gyud mismo nimo.

Final Interview:

Just stay calm and KEEP TALKING!! with sense ha?
Practice on possible asked questions like:
Tell me about yourself. (igna tanan. from college to high school)
What do you think of callcenter companys
Why Convergys (make bubbles oi. Pabukad atai lang gud sa company)
How do you see yourself after 5years (pabukad atai gyapon. make sure you see yourself in the company)

and last but not the least:

Try to convince yourself of buying something youre selling infront of a mirror. mapa USED TOOTHBRUSH pa na!1

p.s. i heard someone was asked by the HR to convince the HR to buy his USED TOOTHBRUSH.
fcking hillarious! EPIC!! ahahahha

Also, PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOUR RESUME!! if dli gani accurate imo answer sa imo resume, DUDAHAN KAG NAMAKAK. big chance you'll fail application
