Mr. Mongaya, coming from someone as recognized as you, it was definitely unexpected.
well i only assume that you are someone who is recognized because i have seen and read your name and i do know you write for Sunstar as well, but I honestly have never read any of your articles. only this one, a fellow istoryan pointed out, because it was of course about a good friend of mine, lynn vi.

i miss her Mr. Mongaya. and if you could just read this,
i want to tell you that lynn vi may have been a lot to people but she isn't
that stereotype of a callcenter agent that you imagine. i bet you dnt really understand what happen to the people who work here.

i really think that you had gone waaaaaay overboard with the way you had
    classified the callcenter people.
it is true that we have a world of our own but we too have values.
we too believe in God and have a fear of going against his will.

Mr. Mongaya, the way you sounded in that article, is like a grandpa who is never really
heard because all he ever does is nag nag nag and nag so much.
i dnt know if you are aware but that isnt how you talk to the youth of
today or anyone for that matter.

You are indeed a writer but I question the knowledge and info you have re this case.
if you work for the paper, you should at least read the rest of it as well.
i think it was very irresponsible for someone like you to have made a generalization about the two murder cases.

all my life i had worked in a callcenter and the actual percentage of people who have upside down values does not supercede the number of people who are still sane and have strong faith and believe in good. i think all the other people who work in a callcenter can attest to that.
all the others who disagree probably do not work in a callcenter.
you know what? people who have corrupt minds are common in every workplace i can imagine and is definitely not secluded to the callcenter industry.

i wonder what you can get from blaming everything on technology and not teaching
    responsible journalism. tsk tsk tsk...

i wish he could read this. if someone can let him, that would be great.
he should read his own article as well or maybe yet, work in a callcenter!

    ...just my two cents.
Bro, you can send this letter to sunstar

    sus... storyang call center.

ngano man diay? di ni mahitabo kung la ka sa call center? a group *** is likely to happen in a group of people around the same age. diba? alangan ma'g naa'y mag ing-ani sa mga government offices or sa mga big, old companies nga antique man kasagara'ng employees. it just so happens that in a call center, school and IT firms, most of the people/employees/students belong to the same age range.

anything can happen to you. whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever you do.

^^^ It looks like reality really wants to find its way. Truth hurts mao nga uban dire denial nalang kay they can't imagine a group of people like current suspect in the crime would engage in such activity. I can understand the sentiments of some posters here especially who are working in the call centers (duna sad koy pag-umangkon nagtrabaho ug call center). They are in the same industry di ba. Naa man dyud nang giingon nga Old BOys Club bisan asang dapita.

And let us not forget nga the suspect can be capable of doing it. After all, single mother sad cya di ba? Kaagi na cya ug mga ingon ana so whatever unsay iyang plano nga ma involve ang victim, who is by the way, also a single mother , siya ra ang nakahibalo ana until such time she will devulge the whole truth. So, if off the record ni nga mga angles sa investigation nga karon gi konsiderahan sa mga pulis, there could be some grounds sigun sa ilang mga na gather nga information. It is too early to condemn Mr. Mongaya. Just my opinion.

show us surveys, polls, studies on the matter.

talking about press people. naa kunoy nakit-an with a kabit sa usa ka club (mga press people ra pod nag inistoryaay ani, dagko man og tingog kadungog nuon ko). does that make the majority of all press people adulterous?

mao lagi na.. imo man pag umangkon ang nag work, d man jud ikaw.

people who work in a callcenter should not judge those who are in the industry.
i only want Mr. Mongaya to be a responsible journalist and not offend a big part of Cebu City.
kay I am sure wala na siya kasuway unsa jud mahitabo namo ngari.

group *** can be done by anyone and you dnt have to be in the callcenter industry to indulge in it..
na highlight lang ang callcenters because I guess they employ most people here in Cebu am i ryt?
or basta... bati kaau iyang gi relate ang case ni lynn vi sa iyang generalization of the callcenter people

natural masuko jud ang mga tao labin na ang friends and family...
I am sure the writer is aware of that, and should have been prepared by the batikos of the callcenter
    industry because of his article.
Ms. Ebarita's father is a Pastor, a very wonderful pastor.
I am sure he has some wonderful and wise wisdom to bestow on the writer..
to I guess teach him not to write stuff like that and crucify people whom he only thinks are guilty
    of that.

I know it was not his point but he sure did a dumb way of showing it. sorry nlng daan sir.
I am sure na anad naka na batikoson ka sa mga tao
kay kami sad tawn mga naa sa callcenter sabot nlng sad sa mga wala nag callcenter..

also, kato nag ingon na 7 years na sya sa callcenter, until now,
group *** lang ghapon ang inaatupag?
I would think the callcenter people, if responsible, has already bigger fish to fry by this time..
after having been in the industry for 7 yrs..
who ever he is, i am sure he isnt from Cebu because I dnt think naa nay callcenter ngari na more than 7 years na. ryt?

I am not sure about the Callcenter industry in the other parts of the country because in Cebu,
I really think most of us still have values... and the number is not enough to make a generalization.

    i push for.. responsible journalism
