Need help on planted aquarium

I'm trying to resurrect my old hobby of fish keeping...Kinda more on planted set-up. Ngayo lang ko tambag sa mga makamo dinhi:
1.) Substrate: Unsa man inyo suggestion nga maayo gamiton nga sunstrate? Kana available diri sa Cebu ha?
2) Filter: UGF? Cannister?
3) Lights?
4) Algae Eater: nnakabasa ko somewhere about a freshwater algae eater nga shrimp...Naa baligya dinhi? Asa?
5) CO2 generator: unsa inyo recommended

-you can use clay, topped with riversand, topped with gravel or you can buy designer substrates which are pricey

2) Filter: UGF? Cannister?
-i personally prefer cannister. but there are people who have good experience with UGF. It really depends on your choice

3) Lights?
-1.5-2 WPG low light
2.5 – 3 WPG medium lighting
3 WPG ++ high lighting

4) Algae Eater: nnakabasa ko somewhere about a freshwater algae eater nga shrimp...Naa baligya dinhi? Asa?
-there are different kinds of shrimps used in the hobby. Planet Inverts Home .:. Freshwater Aquarium Shrimp, Crystal Red Shrimp, Red Cherry Shrimp, Crayfish and more. you can use this as reference. CRS are sold atPIper's petshop. THey also have Red Cherries. But i also have cherries for sale.

5) CO2 generator: unsa inyo recommended
-you can go with pressurized or the DIY CO2 using yeast fermentation
