I meant washing instead of using T.P. isn't a cultural thing. Many people of all cultures have to wash instead of using T.P. primarily because of the big H.

Hehe. If he is really dirty, he should be told to wash the toilet before he leaves, not necessarily to use T.P.

Have you been to an office which have bidets? Where?
Maybe this guy should've asked his company to install those highly sophisticated bidets from Japan. Although common in hotels, I haven't seen any public toilet that has this contraption!

Problem may have arose when he didn't wash his hands properly after washing himself. Maybe he still had some cr_p particles in his hands or fingertips.
