in my opinion, i think this was a premeditated murder based on the accounts of the witnesses when they saw Enfectana and her cousin Evelyn. they described Evelyn as wearing a fisherman's hat and dark sunglasses at 10pm. obviously, Evelyn didn't want to be seen or recognized which may prove that they were up to something. and enfectana seemed bothered daw by the encounter with their friends. she might have gotten away with the murder if their friends didn't see them by the sidewalk, making them witnesses now. this unexpected encounter may be one of the biggest flaw in her scheme of plans.
