    product specifics training=PST. tudluan nka ana everything (almost) about the account kung asa ka gi assign. specifically knowledge about the product or services that you will be handling by interacting with the customers. most usually dili itudlo tanan ig PST. think of it this way na lang; 80% ang itudlo ig PST. The other 20% will be left for you to experience and learn from once you step onto the production floor.

    thanks a bunch.. will everybody make it after that or not? will it also be the same for the back office account?

    @diane_17

    PST is still a pass or fail training, similar to CCT. So you have to be good with the assessments (exams) usually after every discussion. PST is definitely more complicated in comparison to CCT, since the latter deals only with your basic knowledge on the English language. As what Burn had said, PST is specific to the account that you are in. PST for back office is not the same with the PST for voice account. To make the story short, PST tackles on the technical aspect of your job at Convergys.
