i think you have to go to SE's homepage to get the firmwares. but usally, people in cebu just get their upgrade in the store in ayala, coz it's safe. just bricked my phone last night (e39 got it fixed after an hour by myself, but it's not an easy thing to restore mess ups. or you can go here: http://www.howardforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=37 they have a thread about SE's.
