Thanks bro. Yep, we're definitely a piece away from seriously contending in the West. Even though we started the season 1-4 with 2 of the Big 3 injured, our team showed the consistency and resiliency of a championship-caliber team by weathering it out and now has the 2nd best record in the West. So bantay2x lang ta till the trade deadline ani...

Anyways, it's Spurs @ the Suns tonight! This should be an exciting match! Though I don't think the Suns can win!

...and so does 29 other teams. It's no secret that LA is playing grade-A basketball; everyone (and their mothers) know that. Unfortunately this does not support your previous claim that this current roster is not as deep (or deeper) than the previous championship-year teams.

its just my opinion bro, I like the way they play.. old school. but mas mo prefer gyud ko nila sauna, they are the most feared before...

I dont think they cant do it again.. they just lack the hunger for a championship.. cguro tungod daghan napud sila nadaog...

I am not trying to change your opinion on that. What I'm saying is that IF you were following this team from training camp till now, you would "most probably" have a different opinion on that issue.

And if you knew what really spearheaded all those championship banner's at the ATT center, you wouldn't be saying this. The Spurs do it with DEFENSE. Not hunger. The defense is uncharacteristically lackluster; check our current ranking right now. Heck, everyone wants to win but the defense for us (especially the rotations for perimeter shooters) is just not there. Yet.

its not just defense that wins a championship........ how come the knicks didnt won a championship in the 90's when they were considered the best defensive team in that decade?..

the spurs did won a title not bec. they are good defensively but they are also one hell of a good offensive team...
