@diane_17: gmac, not the backoffice/nonvoice division. the division dealing with customers over the phone.
@cinderrella911: depende na nila jud. as far as i know, their nonvoice/chat support account (comcast) is not hiring at the moment kay ga overhiring kuno ni nga account. you can try gmac (backoffice division/nonvoice) but you'd have to be very good at calculations.

im currently working ina financial acct(bankng n finance) but im not good w calculations..hehe
my sis got hired diha sa cvg for chat support she's supposed to have her training on feb 2..but she ws called and was informed na moved iya sched..feb 23 napud..so i guess wa jud vacant chat support...
oh.. im also with gmac.. im starting feb 5.. im with the nonvoice division.. i see.. feb 9 pala ang starting sa voice div sa gmac.. haha.. yeah.. i guess thats why they put me in that account because of the background i had in college.. good luck nako.. epistaxis gyud ni..
