internet explorer is not your problem, its the spywares in your system. try to remove that first...you can use spyware doctor for that.

you cannot remove internet explorer from your system, it is embedded with windows, however, you can remove its program folders and shortcuts by accessing the control panel but take note, you can still use internet explorer even after removing it from the control panel. typing a URL address in any of your window address bar will activate internet explorer.

joshuayunkee is right though, its adwares and spywares ang problem.
