approve ko ani...dapat lang kay murag lisud na kau ron ang mga studyante.
Let's take it step by step. From what I've read, the reason why high school students could easily be subjected to random drug testing because there is a law, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, to that effect. As such, implementation will be easy.
I would also approve random drug testing to college students, if it could be possible. After all, we have to lessen if not eliminate the number of drug users which belong to the youth. They should really be studying, anyway.
Drug testing is an outrageous violation of human rights. People have a natural right to privacy, a natural right to consume what they want. Government presumes to micromanage private behavior. Instead they should only investigate crimes that have real victims, and not create victims by persecuting practicers of harmless activity.
mga users ra ug mga addict ang mahadlok sa drug test.if you're not into this habit then why be afraid? yearly we undergo drug test and i don't see any problems with that.
well, ana man gyud na mga users ug mga addict kay defensive.
Audentes Fortuna Juvat
this would violate the legal principle ... and human right against self incrimination
