PC wont boot to OS

regarding sa recommended troubleshooting steps dile ko ka buhat karon kay i dont have a spare memory man gud but im planning to go to gaisano interplace store..dile lang ko kabalo where jud na. can someone provide a sketch?..thanx!!! tag 450 ra mn ilaha new nga kingston 1GB.i might add that one to my pc. but regarding sa HDD mangita pa ko kabarowhan kay mahal mn gud....

@rainerus u think its my PSU? my gulay! how can i check if its my PSU giving me headaches?...can i use a different PSU? hmm...where do u think has cheap PSUs...?

try swapping each part of ur computer with parts from other unit that still works well... including the monitor since the problem is on the display. mao man na ako gamiton pirmi , effective man sad xa kung mo troubleshoot ka.

lol take it to a shop since you dont have any other parts to use or test with. lol
