Default Globe no adsl signal. Whats this?

    hi all,

I've been using Globe Broadband since Sept. last year and i haven't in counter any problem of the connection on the city but when i relocate my connection to where we live now in San Isidro Talisay w/c was yesterday they connect it, at first its good there is a internet connection but at night time until now there's a problem occur when we browse the net it says "No ADSL Signal" I'd try to reset the modem but nothing happens and when I look up the network icon on the task bar i found out that it is connected to 100 mbps and the phone is okay i can make calls with it, only the internet has a problem I wonder now what seems to be the problem on it, is there something wrong with the modem or the new place that we live in? Any help or advice is so much appreciated. Thank you!

The phone and DSL is completely separate connection. You can still use your phone without the Internet.

Try power cycle the modem like turn it Off for 1 minute and plug it back. Or you can restart your computer or repair the LAN. If nothing works call your ISP.

brad, ang imo modem kay PROLINK H9200?
naa pa imo Prolink h9200 installation cd?
try to run the cd then click on the "quick set-up"
    then set telecom=Innove(PPPoE)
then type in your username and password given by ur ISP provider,
then click "save&restart" button. if failed then click on the "diagnostic" to run a test.

    or try this;

Start your Web Browser > at the
    URL/Address field, key in
    http://192.168.1.1 (if you are using
    Ethernet connection) http://192.168.1.2
(if you are using USB connection)
    > press Enter or click on your web
    browser’s Go button
    b. Key in the Username: admin and
Password: password > click on the OK
    button
    c. Click on the Quick Configuration link
    d. If the ATM Interface is not 0, please
    change it to 0.
    e. Select the Encapsulation and enter the
    VPI/VCI settings of your ISP
    for globetel VPI=0 ; VCI=35
then Key in your Username given by globetel.
then Click Submit to complete the setup.

    f. Click Admin tab > click on Commit & Reboot link >click Commit
to save settings to permanent storage.

    g. Finally, click on the Home tab
Once a WAN IP address is established, you may proceed to surf the
    internet. status "green"

then if this could not resolve the problem then do address your ISP (globetel)
