@debuts: breathtaking, yes..only i imagined aslan to be really huge... bigger than the one in the trailer..and the white witch is prettier in the movie....i pictured her to have really red lips and terrible eyes...i remember feeling a thrill at the phrase--terrible beauty...scary kaayo. susan, lucy. peter..edmund? kings and queens and narnia..but of course, before nila, naa sila polly and diggory--THE WRONG DOOR, was it called?

a lot of kids--generations of em, before us grew up with c.s. lewis's creations...i think its really religious...more than a fairytale...

It's "The Magician's Nephew"

I like how they cast the characters of the four kids. Sakto lang gyud. I like that the witch is pretty. It adds depth to it. Stereotype naman na na ang witch is ugly.

debuts: yeah. the wrong door kay mao man ang title sa first chapter...about the rings nga teleporters man diay... paadto sa narnia...ang movie not the whole 7 books diba? lion witch and wardrobe lang diba? that's the second book...murag portkey (the goblet) sa atong 'arry potter beloved...

yes, the movie is only about the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. There are 6 other books in the chronicles that I hope they make into movies, too.

It's the second book in the Narnia timeline but the first to be authored by C.S. Lewis.

I think it's great that they followed the way Lewis published it. That way, the audience is teased into wanting to know the origin of Narnia and etc.

I do hope they'll do film adaptations of all the books. Labon na and Voyage of the Dawn Treader ug The Last Battle, ang favourite naku.

the last battle? oo kay niadto na sila sa heaven, they died in a train crash diba..pagka morbid sa ending..but the last lines said something about their real adventure just beginning...they could fly and do stuff...amazing stuff..
but personally, ako favorite katong book about prince caspian, when he travelled narnia in a ship? naa siya mate nga mouse..arrghh..forgot the names na gyud..been a while since i read the thing, gbiyaan ko pa sa leyte ang book...

Voyage of the Dawn Treader lagi, katung niabot silang Lucy, Edmund ug Eustace along with the mice sa end of the world, nya basta hihihi
