On friday, December 2, 2005 Nathan Lopez and JR Valentin will be doing a campus tour and guestings in CEBU.

Tentatively they will be at the following venues:

natural lang ba to ilang lighting sa day shots and some night shots? power lagi ila cammera murag film ang labas pero SD-miniDV tape lang daw tong gamit. (correct me if im wrong)

ok so here is what i think about the film:

if id rate it 1-10 (10 as the highest) rating it 8 1/2

nathan plays the role well..plus nice kai dili cya trying hard even if he really is straight in real life. And innocence makita gyud nimu.. making it genuine..

the father and 2 brothers nice pud to sila mu act.. well the older brother and the father were veteran actors already, the 2nd brother si bogs (name nya sa film) wasnt that great but the scene where he hugged and comforted maxi during his first heartbreak.. i started crying.. wishing i had a brother like him.

Nice scene pud toh when maxi hugged his father.. the father's lines they speak gyud of love. it made me think second thoughts about snatchers and criminals. (watch it then listen attentively to the lines in that scene)

the police -boy was he hott!!! sizzling hott.. he is from cebu diay? i sure want to get his number! maayu pud cya oi! his tagalog was fluent..

it had a semi-tradgic ending but victorious ra in the end.. cant say a happy ending gyud. but victorious cya.

naai parts na na bored ko gamay but interesting gyud cya na movie, heart-warming. Maxi does not only make gays look back on their childhood or teenage years, bisag girl ko ka relate ko.. what it is to have a crush.. and the first hearbreak! grabe nka hilak gyud ko.

Some lines were funny.. wala cya nag glorify og gayness.. its tells more of how teenagers right now should look up and take care of their families... recommend ni nko na i.watch sa mga 3rd and 4th year h.s. student. naa gyud kai ma learn from the movie.

dili man pud cya vulgar, although naai scene na gi pakita ang b*tt sa laki and the police in briefs.. but short ra kaayu. tapos vulgar words wala kaayu gi use, which is good considering na the characters are from the slums, criminals and people na wala ka skwela.

Every line was just fantastic, grabe ang writer.. mga linya kai straight gyud ba with humor. murag it sound so light but it gets you thinking..

ok lang cinematography.. naa lang mga parts na dili kaayu smooth and pagchange sa angles sa usa ka scene.. basta murag naai parts na murag nahimu cya blair witch project. but its all good.

the finale na song.. nice pud.. musical scoring not so good, it does not help in enhancing the drama or the suspense of a scene. Sometimes ang linya ni nathan dili ayu madungog - its either bati ang sounds sa movie or hinay lang gyud toh ang pagdeliver ni nathan.

i watched it at ayala for 90php.. was it worth my time and my money? yeah it was. made me realize a thing or two about family and made me nostalgic of my teen tweetums years.. movies like these are definietly worth watching.

When i went over the ladies bathroom before i left the movie house i overheard 2 girls talking about the film.. wla daw sila kasabot.. i was wondering why.. maybe lahi ila expectation of the movie.. they thought it was comedy and they would go out of the movie house laughing their hearts out but for those who are about to watch, you will get a mix of laughter, suspense, tradegy and drama. You''ll get out of the movie house smiling. This aint a feel good movie but like what i said it makes you think.. like what happened to me.

towards the end of the movie i was totally pissed of with the girl sitting 2 chairs away from where i was sitting.. shesshhh wa gyud cya respeto sa uban nanan.aw.. she was talking loudly to her friend and reacting to everything action of maxi or to a certain scene. she'd ask questions then makes conclusions of what will happen next.. kana gud ingana.. makalagot gyud.. na irrit gyud ko!!! i was just so pissed off that i started to text kai wa naman koi madungog kaayu kai she was so noisy talking and reacting.. she and her friend went in during the plot was starting to unveil.. meaning sa exciting na part!!! shees.. kalagot gyud tong bay.hana.. pwede mu palit nlng cya og dvd and watch it sa ila balay kai distubo kaayu! wai manners... hahayzz.. so much for that

p.s. kanina most of the viewers were gay but bisag straight ka you should watch this. :mrgreen:

wats with gay movies? gay movies sux..

bro! movie does not revolve around gays and the gay world! this movie has values.. before u say it sucks keep an open mind and try to watch it. besides watching movies na ang star character gay dosent make u "gay". besides wala cya nagrevolve around the lovestory of the character.. more on sa family.

I agree with ur comments iryn. Very nice. ang picture kay bagay ra pud sa ila nga location. Grabe highlight jud ang daily activity sa mga ordinary na Filipino.

The movie is heartwarming and focuses on family values. Two thumbs Up!!

aw!!! JR Valentin was my classmate before mga 2003 pa to. computer enginering sa UC. abi nako kinsa na. Juancho Valentino man iya screen name sa Bridal Shower.
