If yes, I believe there must a need for baristas first. You may check the local newspapers or you could visit the shops.
Able to communicate well in English is probably one of the requirements since the habitues of coffee shops are mostly professionals.
Someone who have had some form of college education could be accepted.

my friend opended one last 2007.. he celebrated his 1st anniv last dec 2008.. how he started? of course, the interest was there - basic.. next, he attended seminar.. there he learned the fundamentals - initial budget, location, technicalities, training of staff, where to get good supplies..

sayon ra man pagsulod ug coffee shop, first pangitaon nimo ang pultahan, usually naa na siya sa atubangan na bahin sa tindahan, ug usahay suwatan ug entrance/exit...naa pud nay sticker kasagaran na 'push' o 'pull'...kung 'push' ang gisuwat, pasabot ana kay angay nimo iduot ang pultahan para mo-abli; kung 'pull' gani, angay nimo bitaron ang pultahan...kuan pud diay, naa pud nay tag ibitay sa pultuhan na naay suwat 'open' o 'closed', makasulod ra ka kung 'open' ang na sa tag, pero kasagarang coffee shop 24 hours man, so wa kaayo kay problema ani...
