Very interesting information forester. I think in legal views (as you have pointed out) there is validity in which a person has a legal right to or not to include a refered being either dead, living or spiritual. However, in job application a person should include a "living" reference for the employer to attest her or his character within the community or peers. Although, I am not good in interviewing an applicant nor a I work in human resources department. These are just my personal views. Anything that's written here is just a bit of my little knowledge.
The explanation is perfect Atty. Forester (?)
Kana dili ko katubag sa pangutana. nadunggan lang nako nga na-uwaw siya sa mga tsismis sa mga tawo. That person shouldn't listen to bickering and stupid stories but as we all know, sometimes people can not bear "tsismis" because all we need is unity or harmony in the office and if one or a group of people is talking about your "reference", maayo na lang ug muhawa. Di ba? Maayo na lang gani nga wala maghikog...
Maybe. Maybe that person is too religious and the reference portion of that resume thought of a general information and you can write anything in that blank space.
Ang kataw-anan ug ang gibutang sa "XES" question, instead of Male or Female... gisuwat as "once a week". That must have been the funniest resume I can imagine.

preha man pud ni sa step brothers. Si "Jesus" ang iyang reference.
Niingon ra ang HR we need someone we can "actively" connect.
i can only say one thing... bugok siya... and this doesnt make me intelligent either. its just that she chose not to use her brain that time...
