cheesewhiz, i haven't had the time to join the spinning class yet but it's prolly the best in cebu, if not, in Ph. the instructor is Noy Jopson, world class cyclist.

thnaks tsadi. its good to know there's an option to still ride indoors. :mrgreen: rain or too much sun can be a hindrance to biking outdoors. might check their classes out if i have time too.

There is also a new group exercise sa holiday spa.. it's called boot camp. Literally it's 1 hour packed with cardio exercises.. military style (or close to milatary style). Lingaw jud cya
