    small frequent feeding. Eat every 3 hours a sandwich or something similar, avoiding food with simple sugars. Forget the large meals.

    Default lose weight

    Hi,


    I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well.     hmmmm dako man kog kaon unta but di man jud ko manambok. thats my problem. how to gain weight lol! bitaw, sa akong bf coz he's kinda dako pud gamay, iyang gbuhat is exercise and eat siya veges and fruits lng gyud. gamay lng na rice or without rice jud. control lng gyud siya labi na feeling niya gigutom npud siya. It works bya kay nigamay pud siya.
