yeah.. backer rajud.. for me its a company.. with a lot of politics.. not badmouthing but.. its just how it works there... considered already as a norm. = ) but the company is good in terms of benefits and pay.

Thanks for your inputs but the thing about "you have to have a backer to get in" is more of an urban legend siguro. Right now, in our department alone, 3 employees who are all engineers didn't have any internal force whatsoever but they all got hired...but they had excellent grades hinuon (You don't have to have a master's degree, though). There were applicants who had connections but didn't get the cut coz they were not what they're looking for. Although, in recent years, there had been not that much of hiring since production had been fully machine-operated. Mga lab, office, corporate and technical staffs ila gipang-hire...siguro an average of 2-4 per year, based on the new ones I'd see. In sales, since our department is closely related to them, the pressures of hitting their forecast is relative, just like in any sales department. But as far as I know, their forecasts are just based on the sales they've made the previous years. They're not given something that's too much of what they are expected to sell. For those who really want to try to apply, don't lose hope. I think hearsay had been stopping you to submit resumes.
