THis is for assumption actually... I only ask 45 k and you will just have to pay for the remaining equity of

100k for two gives... and you will be paying for 5k a month then sa pag-ibig...

You'll have your house na dayon on march... while still paying the amortization...

You'll have to pay nalang ang equity which is for 100k nalang.... 50k for this month and 50 k for february this is already reserve and the process has been already. if you can pay the equity... pwede na nimo puy-an mga march after sa construction...
