i tried this... what i did was 1 cup of water n 1 teaspoon of honey.. after I shampooed, I washed my hair with the honey mixture (dont rinse with water) Then towel dry.. Dili man mu pilit if sakto ang mixture .. but effective gyud... Mu shine gud

good to use when drinking. Just add a few tsps in your cocktail mix of hard drinks to help fight dehydration and hangovers
