Guys, there's a new site launched last sinulog. I saw it in CSCST Parokya ni Edgar Concert. it tudlo.com. It's like a directory in CEBU wherein we can put reviews to its listings like BARS, RESTAURANTS, and more. And you can also add listings if you want.
