pwede man ta moreklamo sa DOLE bai kay kung makadawat na sila ug complaint regarding vioaltions of labor standards, ila nang obligation mo conduct ug inspection sa employer, anha na dayon na i check ilang books including mga payrolls kung nabayaran ba mo ug sakto..
f not, pwede pud mo mo file ug case sa labor arbiter against sa inyong employer for non-payment of OT pay and other labor standard benefits.. u don't need a lawyer to file that case, u just go to that ofc and fill out a form, ipatawag na dayon imong employer for a mandatory preliminary conference to mediate kung pwede ma settle.
f u r working in a big company such as crown regency, its best to form a union para protected inyong mga katungod.. pwede man mo making affiliate sa mga dagko nga union like ALU-TUCP etc para matabangan mo..
just resigned bro but i believe nga manglisud gyud ang union makasulod pag working mo sa hospitality industry.
latest example sa waterfront. daghan gi pang tangtang tungod sa union. suway sila patay gihapun...
thats why most hotels will only hire thru agencies.... marriot waterfront parklane crown regency etc etc
anyway kanang mga companies pag makasimut ra na silag union tang tang dayun ngita gyud rason...
Anyway kung kinsa man ang taga DOLE ngari you'll know nga patung patung na ang complaints and violations sa company nga i worked before. not just the branch that i worked but almost all there branches even a well known motel which they also own.
So sad gyud it only proves that you cant do anything if ur poor helpless kaayo ka.
naahhh, mao nah sa ako company saunah.. mo anah lng daun amo manager.. "dili mn sad mo kamao mo charity.." asa may charity anah nga OT way bayad... that's craziness.....
but most companies, if OT kah ky kinahanglan gi request sa imo bisor then mo file daun kag OT para maapil sa compensation nimo....

ang ato na lang gyud is ang pag settle first within the company and if nothings happen ask ta help sa mga authorized government agencies...
just go to dole bro, ingna nga you have unpaid overtime, they will then go there and have an inspection. Ang DOLE na ang bahala ana muenforce after you have lodged the complaint.
