easier said and done... pro ol u need to do is to be prepared... then rehearse... think of all the possible questions you can think of, then i sulat na daan ang answers pr dili na ka masurprise...

as per experience lng, it's better to look at the audience's eyes... ang kulba, di jud na malikayan, it's just a matter of controlling yourself not to be affected by your kulba...

ang usually reason sa ato kulba is this question in our mind.. "what if di ko katubag sa questions...?"
one way, to "counteract"(any better word pls...?) this is to list all the possible questions you could think of na probably be asked... then, construct in advance your answers to those questions... this would help you pr dili ka ma surprise niya sa ilabay na questions...
