many of the 1300+ registered photographer didnt shoot because of the weather...
many didnt show up because of last min changes to their schedule...some werent able to wake up after the heavy parting from the night before...hehehe...some couldnt find their way to mango/jones/abellana coz of all the roads that were closed down...some registered for the sake of trying it out but after just 30mins of seeing whats in store for them in the streets of cebu prematurely went back home to enjoy sinulog thru a TV set instead hehehe

however the worst thing bout it was than many when home early because their memory cards were already full due to RAW shooting hahaha!

FYI i wasnt able to register and didnt plan to shoot, however was able to get an id courtesy of another forumer here (ni back out ang owner sa id from the contest and didnt shoot at all) so lusot2x gyapon sa barricade hehehe

Any digital manipulation tool (e.g. cut & paste, clone healing, etc.) that is not applicable / do able in the printing process from an analog media (film), shall mean immediate disqualification of the entry. Post Production like exposure control (dodge and burn); color saturation (control); creative cropping are all do able when you print from a negative. Even conversion to black and white, color toning (sepia, blue selenium, etc) as long as it's done across the frame and not only in selected areas is acceptable.

It mean basta digital dili gyud pwede mag crop or black and white sa print out and still submit the Raw file.
