for me he is the best mayor of cebu city
no one could ever exceed his accomplishments and he is the only mayor who made cebu city number 1
some people might not understand him but if you just only know how much he loves cebu city then you would understand him better.

bro ur not the only person who thinks about that, most cebuano's loves and support Mayor Tom including me. There might be people who condone his good works but you cannot disregard the fact that most cebuano's are happy and contented with what he is doing in Cebu. There are aspiring good cebuano leaders outthere but they still have to prove their worth. Mayor Tom had proven it already. Get well soon sir.
