don't give up, try lang follow up, madugay mailhan ka sa taga recruitment basi priority pa ka if naay opening...

ahak lang basta dugay kaayu ka tawagan... naka-suway ko pang-apply sa company then exam, naa pa multiple of interviews, etc... sa kana nga company, abi nako wala na ko madawat kay 3 weeks after wala naman ko gitawagan og balik.

then nidawat ko sa laing company until na-regular jud ko. ay sus timing kaayu nga na-regular ko, gitawagan bitaw ko sa company nga akong gi-apply b4... saun nalang bag-o lang ko na-regular adto... hehehe

better follow up but don't stick to one company only... while you're doing a follow up on your application try applying to some other companies as well... para select select.. choose choose nlng kah asa nah company gyud... naa mn uban company maghiring but wla pa diay available positions or account for you mao na nga ma pending na nuon imo application....

its better if you follow-up para mailhan jud ka. im with recruitment and i rarely remember people unless naa sila gbuhat na di jud ka makalimot. it also tells them na you want the job.
