sakto na ang label bro pero in 1 second or 2 ra ni ma-sustain sa generic PSU.
generic PSU can only sustain 50% of the labeled value in long periods of usage.
i don't think 1 second ra ka mugamit sa imo PC.
so better get a branded PSU that could sustain around 80% of the power on the label for long periods of usage.

budget gaming comp eh?

use this:

procie: get the highest speed ure money can buy, but not c2q yet. check also FSB speed.
mobo: use either p45 or 650i-based, cheap nowadays. brands matter but dont let it fool u, read the specs and features!
vga: same as procie. best choice would be a 9800gt or 4850. u should decide on this based sa imo mobo, because ure mobo will give u an option to upgrade without having to renew everything. that is, 650i for SLI and P45 for CFX.
memory: remeber that ddr2 is only up to 1200Mhz, beyond that is DDR3, and also still expensive. check you budget.
psu: often neglected, usually the last to be bought but dont underestimate its importance sa system. also check rooms for upgrade like sli or cfx so that d ka cge ilis2x to higher rating.

do not budget based on how much savings you have but what you want to have, then start budgeting..

aw, sakto jud ka bro rhodem, if wa kay budgetay, get the fastest and the most expensive, core i7 on 2x4870x2 CFX or 2xGTX295 SLI, hahaha...

kidding aside, if u really just wanted to play, get the extreme processors and pair it with a good card.. if u want to do multitasking or video editing, then that's the time u decide on buying a quad core.
