In the society that we all grew up, it's odd. Add to that the notion that males are the ones who should do all the courting. But come to think of it deeply, as long as the girl's intention is clean then why not? The problem here is that most people closed their minds and accept things that has been established already, the tradition that has been followed for years.

I bet when people see and know girls who court guys or simply just trying to make the first move most of them would immediately label them as flirt, worse, a sl*t. Yes, I have heard all those lines time and again and even from my friends. Isn't too unfair?

On my part, I would salute girls who can do that as long as they have good intentions. It's not that easy when everybody sees what you're doing as odd and doesn't conform with the norms of society. This just doesn't make some sense to me, it seems normal to everybody when girls go out with guys for one night stands but quite odd when they are doing the courtship.
