How do you answer this question in a job interview?
"If there's one thing you should know, it's that I don't believe in loyalty. Let's talk about the NOW--the value I give in exchange for compensation...NOW. Let's not talk about the distant future, whether I will stay with the company through thick and thin, good management and bad, policy changes and what-have-you. Don't expect too much coz I don't expect that you will save employees as much as you would your bottomline."
im a catalyst... and thats already proven.
i know what management is. and i can tell you many things about it.
hmmm the thread is going in the wrong direction.
Okay, for a "Tell me about yourself" question during job interviews, the thing to do is to NOT talk about your family, hobbies, favorites, and other personal details. You should go straight to the point--how you will benefit the company. Say something like, "I know that your company is going bankrupt and is asking for government bailout, but you know what, whatever my hand touches turns into gold so I am the solution to your problem!" Something like that, okay? okay.
(you can also try my loyalty response above...use at your own risk lol)
