nag pa bedspace mi sa amo hauz ra ang location, nag extend lang mi ug room for bespacers, you must consider first is the place...kanang doul ug mga skols ug doul ra sa ilang mga trabahoan. then if ok imong place, diha na daun ka mag decide to make some renovations if nay extra space imong hauz para less ra ang gasto. then if naa nay mag rent, prepare ka sa mga suggestions sa mga nag rent ang be fair to them to give regarding pud sa imong services.......but lastly....ang payment....you may have extensions for due dates less than a month lang pud...

but sa among status sa pa rent kay usually mga kaila ra pud....wala kay mi nag post.

ive bought this piece of land duol lng sa skul so i think it would be a nice business to pursue... so is it nice to have a mixed borders i mean boys n gurls but not in one room xympre hehehe and will i consider also the things that they would bring like plantsa n tv n else stuff
