etzina is correct. very confusing jd. i thought the item i ordered last december was already available, pero nabaligya na diay. my husband was there last monday, nya sa tuesday pa diay ma available. now nglisud ko sa sched kay i have meetings this week. dli sad mu pwede ka meet or accomodate sa ayala man lang. traffic man gd karon kay sinulog. nya i get off at 6p pa so mga 6.30-7 nko maabot dra. and ur office closes at 5. is there anyway we can work on this? i want to get my item soon, thanks.

Due to the long holidays, the supplier got some delays in the laboratory.

They will be able to ship it on Friday or Saturday the latest. Probably will be arriving Saturday or Monday.

For all those who have made reservations, orders will surely be ready for picked up by Tuesday (instead of Saturday-initial info) the latest.

and about meet-ups, we really don't do that (except if you would add handling fee for the delivery and should be within office hours), and office hours for us is from 9am-5pm only. Please be guided.

i did investigate about this sis in order to put the record straignt. i've found out that missy did gave it to another buyer since the reservation has already been more than two days: for the reason that our office schedule and your schedule did not meet.

we have been very clear right from the very start that we don't do meet-ups after office hours.

i really did ask missy about your husband coming to the office last monday cuz i need to get this straight but she said nobody came in. i'm just so confused what's your reason why you posted here that your husband went to our office.

it's also very clear sis that i gave proper notification as to when the stocks will arrive: IT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON TUESDAY (not Monday). it's not our fault if you failed to check the updates of this thread. please don't put all the blame on us cuz we were very clear right from the very start that we don't do meet ups especially after office hours and we are trying to do our very best here to accomodate your orders. hope you will also respect our office schedule and policies.

we cannot just adjust our schedule to your schedule. we did try to compromise by meeting you this Thursday, you agreed on it yesterday and just this afternoon you said you can't because you have meetings. it's really hard to work with schedules on the fly especially if we have already agreed on it.

it's your call sis whether you will get the items or not. we will wait for your response til tom noon, otherwise we will give it to the next buyer. Hope this time will be crystal clear.
