How will you explain when there are 725 International flights arrived last year.
    We have International Ports....

Per Capita Income and Gross national Product, Luzon could not hold a candle compare to Cebu.

You can only do so much on the existing roads, there many ways to resolve the thoroughfare system, one of them is Zoning. Unfortunately, the process of Zoning was just approved during Lito Osmenias Regime around 1988, follow through is important.

Traffic is everywhere were economic progress exist, thats a given, to solve them, we need good governance.

the cebuanos have to take all the credit, not just a handful of political families...what Cebu is today is the product of long years of struggle...

come to think of it, Cebu is an island with limited natural resources, way behind it's neighbouring islands, however the largest city south of the capital is located here, much importantly, it has managed to sustain thousands of jobs that even employ people from the other provinces...also, if you look at a map, Cebu is not strategically located, Ilo-Ilo City or Tacloban fare better when it comes to location, being major ports in the S. China Sea and the Pacific respectively...however, what city is the shipping hub of the southern philippines? definitely neither Ilo-Ilo nor Tacloban, but Cebu tucked in its rather unstrategic position in the center of the Visayas...

the Cebuanos are just there waiting for a politicians initiative.

    10 TAXI regulation
    11 Bus Terminals
