what could you suggest for a martial art for a street fight?

Though you can use martial arts in a street fight, it is not its primary purpose.
I suggest you choose a martial art that would fit your physical feature (built, size, flexibility, etc) and also interest.

YAWYAN katong HYBRID like YAWYAN MUSANG,YAWYAN ARDIGMA or YAWYAN Black Stallion kai..g incorporate ang grappling sa kickboxing...

i think eskrima s very effective for streetfyts and self defense. but id rather go for a martial art thats for competetion.

hinuon ok raman cguro kng bisan unsa imo martial arts or technique sa pag fight as long as Master ka..bisan pag Boxing imo nya kanang kontra hilig og sao sa mga e deliver nga punch naah basta boxing dili gyudna matabang mo landing gyudna sa ilong nga pyape...

no offense lang sa uban martial artist ha,pero iya man jud gi state nga for street fighting purposes iya gusto..and kung i-basi nako sa mixed martial arts tournament,almost 70% of no holds barred matches are won by submissions.suggest ko nga grappling(or ground fighting) style imo kat-onon. suwayi lang mga hybrid sa yawyan or brazilian jiu jitsu.

Try to visit Yawyan Ardigma gym bro. It's located across University of Cebu Main Campus, Sanciangko Street. You will really learn a lot if you train there. The instructors are among the best in cebu, tried and tested. But we don't promote it for street fight. Martial arts are for self defense or for sports. Btw, most of the people who practice there are students (most of them are law enforement students) and working professionals, like engineers, doctors, nurses, IT programmers. This IS NOT for kalye boys. You'll learn stand-up and ground fighting technique, arnis or sword, if you like, and defense against knife and how to defend yourself against any other martial arts techniques. Di ka mag mahay bro if practice lng gyd ka at least 3times a week, i guarantee u that u'll really learn a lot, and gain some hard muscles too.
